Roster: 12 athletes per group (MS & HS)

* Athletes will have access to water whenever needed. 


* Personal water bottles will be encouraged to be brought with them to each training.

0:08 – 0:15 Acceleration Mechanics (7 min)


0:15 – 0:25 Plyometrics & Elasticity (10 min)


0:25 – 0:35 Change of Direction / Agility (10 min)


0:35 – 0:45 Core & Anti-Rotation (10 min)


0:45 – 0:55 Mindfulness · Breathing · Yoga Flow (10 min)


0:55 – 0:59 Endurance-Muscle Finisher (4 min quick hit)
