What should I bring?
Stick, helmet, gloves, pads, mouthguard, water, and a ready‑to‑learn mindset.
Weather & cancellations?
We first post updates two (2) hours prior to the start of the training on session days, followed by emailing registrants for any changes.
Do you do private lessons?
Yes—limited availability. Join the newsletter for openings and priority booking.
Do you offer team sessions?
Yes. We run unit installs, ride/clear, man‑down, and culture sessions for programs.
